WE THE PEOPLE

This story is a culmination of 3 years' worth of investigation. 

Throughout the investigation we have uncovered many violations of WE THE PEOPLE that action must be taken to resolve. We now show what we have done. Who we have communicated with. The response or lack of response we have received. 

Where it begins:

A member of the media was approached by several members of the County Commissioners for NYE County which informed this member that Judge Robert Lane had been stealing monies from the Drug Court. 

This member of the media started to speak about this, on the air as well at campaign events hosted by Judge Lane during his reelection campaign. 

The Judge as well as other officials used the judicial system to go after the media. They even went as far to trump up charges, persecute without any evidence and illegally incarcerate this media member.

Each and every one of these people has committed criminal acts. 

Each has abused their office as well as abusing their authority under color of authority and law. 

The sad thing is we notified many agencies who are required to act and investigate when monies belonging to WE THE PEOPLE have been taken unlawfully. Each and every agency failed. 

Here is the link to agencies we notified throughout this article. Most of the time we received no communication. When we have received responses it's not even worth the paper they printed it upon. 

We again have a situation where our monies and rights were violated. We have attempted to obtain documents and have been ignored by the County and the Secretary of States office. 

ANOTHER PART

The people wanted the Animal Shelter to be managed by someone other than the County.

The County has violated the ordinance permitting the building of the animal shelter. 

removed the non-profit from running the shelter

failed to finance it the way it was required

failed to finance per the ordinance

failed to provide requested documents

Conspired to suppress information getting to the public (audio recording link: xxxx)

would not let issues and these matters to be spoken within the commissioners meeting. One commissioner even stood up with clenched fists as it he was going to take physical action against the public speaking. 

RIGHT TO PROPERTY

This involvols alot of matters. The basic ones are the County and Township think that they have some type of authority to create the Home Owners Association of NYE County. Well they dont and have made not attempts in any legal capacity to do so. The reason is pretty basic. They don't have the authority to do so. Instead they pretend some authoity. The real issue is that the Courts have been used to enforce the HOA Pahrump demands. 

The Zombie Lots. This is land that the County has refused any development on. Their excuses are laughable at best and criminal at worse. 

Whenever you buy or sell real property a disclosure is included. Under Nevada Law all deficiencies or defencts must be reported. The buyer does not have to ask. The seller MUST disclose. Well these properties have been taken repeatedly by the County for unpaid taxes. Then resold. What has not been disclosed is that they will never get permission from the County to build upon them. 

What upsets the County is that people finally banded together and brought this before the Commissioners. Whereby they were told to stop bringing it up. Stop calling them Zombie lots and if they filed suit they would be barred from attending Commissioner meetings. 

How about the fact that the County has damaged the natural development of the County with their unlawful and exorbinate fees as it pertains to:

Property Taxes

Assessor Fees

Permit Fees

Water Right Fees

the list continues. 

What we have uncovered goes further. Our investigative Journalist have first had observed:

Taking of Estate assets whereby the Judge ruled in such a way there is no way they are not part of the theft.

Failure of any government office to include the court to adhere to the basic tenants of right afforded under the Americans With Disabilities Act. 

Complete disregard to the basic right held under the Constitution of the United States much less the state Constituion or Statutes. 

We have notified many agencies and provided sufficient documentation yet this is the final answer we received from the Attorney General. XXXXXX

We obviously thought that agencies we suspected were supposed to protect us did not such thing. In actuality they stated clearly that you are bothering us and to go away. 

We feel it's not that this has or is happening. It's the sheer volume and blatant actions that was surprising. 

We have observed Judges yell and denigrate people especially if they stood up for their rights or told the court that's not lawful.

We have been told by the Sheriff deputies' media is not allowed in courtrooms. That we are not allowed to act as media while in the courtroom. Remove our Press Badges.

We have been told that we cannot speak about certain subjects at County Commissioner Meetings. 

We have had HOA Police called Code and Compliance extort monies either through bribes or lawfare with the District Attorney and the Justice Courts. 

We have observed a Judge literally give monies away in probate cases that no only are not even lawful, a total disregard to the documents such as wills and trusts. 

Appeals sitting on Judges within the District Court chambers for months, one we are aware of has been on appeal for over a year. No ruling.

5th District Court Nevada Judges openly defying the State of Nevada Supreme Court. 

And the list goes on and on. 

The agencies throughout time have failed. We think that we must wait for them to act. We do not have to wait.

 “that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness,” 

These words are not a mere suggestion. To violate these rights as spelled out in the Constitution you violate the word of the creator (God). 

WE THE PEOPLE state no more. As children of God and blessed in being born to or becoming through our actions, words and hearts an American we hold that our representatives MUST adhere to this law. 

Because NYE County has chosen to act and do acts that are repugnant to the Constitution, we will be taking actions to protect God's Word. AMEN
